HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Louisville, KY)

Bright Ridge Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
