HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Louisville, KY)

Greenridge Summit Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Louisville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
