HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Louisville, KY)

Greenridge Summit Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
