HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Summit Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Little Rock, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 853 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
