HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Field Markets Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
