HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Little Rock, AR)

Amberfield Willow Pharma Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 756 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
