HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Harbor Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Little Rock with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
