HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Kestrel Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
