HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Pine Community Partners Group is a Little Rock charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
