HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ivory Banking Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
