HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Vale Financial serves customers across Little Rock with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
