HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Orchard Care Services provides in-home and community support in Little Rock. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
