HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Little Rock, AR)

Stonegate Fox Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Little Rock area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Families are partners. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
