HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Stone Health is a healthcare provider in Little Rock with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
