HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Little Rock, AR)

Northwind Juniper Inspection Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
