HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Granite Manufacturing makes precision components in Little Rock, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
