HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Timber Auto Group is a Little Rock company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
