HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Las Vegas, NV)

Cedar Meadow Manufacturing makes precision components in Las Vegas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
