HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Lumen Keystone Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 610 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
