HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Juniper Foods and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 404 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
