HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Timber Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Las Vegas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
