HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Las Vegas, NV)

Nova Glen Banking Services Partners is a regional lender in Las Vegas with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
