HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath Lakeside Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Las Vegas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
