HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Las Vegas, NV)

Highbridge Fern Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Las Vegas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
