HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Summit Keystone Facilities and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
