HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Summit Oak Health and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
