Summit Wren Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
