HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Las Vegas, NV)

Fernwood Quill Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Las Vegas region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
