HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Las Vegas, NV)

Cedar Orchard Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Las Vegas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
