HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Haven Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Las Vegas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
