HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Cedar Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Las Vegas plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
