What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
