HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Knoxville, TN)

Northwind Junction Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Knoxville with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
