HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Knoxville, TN)

Greenridge Willow Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Knoxville region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
