HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Lantern Property Management looks after rental homes across the Knoxville area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
