HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Knoxville, TN)

Westbrook Bridge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Knoxville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
