HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Fern Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Knoxville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
