HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Knoxville, TN)

Cedar Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Knoxville with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 965 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
