HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Knoxville, TN)

Amberfield Cedar Hospitality Partners operates hotels and event venues around Knoxville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
