HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Knoxville, TN)

Clearpath Meadow Staffing is a Knoxville staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
