HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Knoxville, TN)

Foxglove Oak Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Knoxville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 623 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
