HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Knoxville, TN)

Silverline Yarrow Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
