HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Harbor Farms Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
