HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Kansas City, MO)

Lumen Clear Care Services provides in-home and community support in Kansas City. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
