HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge West Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Kansas City focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
