HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Cedar Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 485 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
