HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Kansas City, MO)

Lumen Kestrel Learning Group is an education provider in Kansas City serving students and families, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 721 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
