HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jacksonville, FL)

Lumen Junction Financial is a financial-services company in Jacksonville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
