HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jacksonville, FL)

Stonegate Union Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Jacksonville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
