HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Timber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Jacksonville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
